• Steven A. Haley, M.D.

Dr. Steven Haley received his medical doctorate degree from UT Southwestern Medical School in Dallas and cardiology fellowship at Methodist Hospitals of Dallas. He is a Dallas native and has practiced in Dallas for over twenty years. Dr. Haley specializes in Non-Interventional Cardiology. He is a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology.

• David Levine, M.D.

Dr. David Levine received his medical doctorate degree from Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis, MO, and his cardiology electrophysiology fellowship from Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, TX. He has been in private practice since 1988. Dr. Levine specializes in Electrophysiology Cardiology. He is a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology.

• Edwin G. Olson, M.D.

Dr. Edwin Olson received his medical doctorate degree from Yale University School of Medicine and his cardiology fellowships at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center and University of Texas Health Science Center at Dallas. Prior to joining his private practice in 1992, Dr. Olson held academic positions at Dartmouth Medical School and Oklahoma University Health Sciences Center. Dr. Olson specializes in Interventional Cardiology. He is a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology.

 

• Archana Srivastava, M.D.

Dr. Archana Srivastava received her medical doctorate degree from GSVM Medical College in Kanpur, India. She completed her cardiology fellowship at Oklahoma University Health Sciences Center in Oklahoma City, OK. She has been in private practice since 2001. Dr. Srivastava specializes in Nuclear Cardiology and Non-Interventional Cardiology.

• Ramy Ayad, M.D.

Dr. Ayad received his medical doctorate degree from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School. He completed his cardiology fellowship at Baylor University Medical Center. Dr. Ayad grew up in Denison, TX, and is an avid Texas Longhorn fan. He enjoys spending time with his wife and four children.
